☞ Damages:
The guest agrees to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. They also assume responsibility for the actions ofother guests in their reservation. Any damage caused by guests to objects, furniture or goods in general will be their sole responsibility, and they must cover the amount of their repair or replacement. If keys are handed over and the guest loses them, then a replacement fee will be charged. Smoking is permanently prohibited on the property, in accordance with Law 1335 of 2009, which regulates cigarette smoking. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who docomply, in order to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition. Additionally, the consumption of psychoactive substances is prohibited in our accommodation and it is also prohibited to have any type of weapon or illegal substance.
