⁠Once registered at the reception, you will be given a bracelet that will identify you as guests of the building, which you must wear throughout your stay. This bracelet will allow you to enter and exit the building without any problems and thus make use ofthe common areas of the building (pools, jacuzzi, gym, etc.). This bracelet must be paid at the reception of the Morros 922 Building at the time of registration and costs 15,000 COP per person.

⁠Due to the Horizontal Property Regulations of the Morros 922 Building, guests are not authorised to receive visitors during their stay. The maximum capacity allowed is 8 people; additional payments are not permitted. And guest registration is only possible until 22:00.

⁠For entry, we always require the following information from each guest, including children and babies, at least 48 hours in advance: full names, type of ID, ID number, city of residence and origin, and reason for travel. These will be sent to the building reception,guests will be required to present their physical ID, including children and babies.

⁠Every child andor adolescent from 0 to 17 years old, who wishes to enter the condominium must be present with their parents or have a notarized and authenticated permit, with a copy of the document (RC, TI, NUIP) and a photocopy of the ID of both parents, stating that the parents or guardians of the minor approve the entry of the child andor adolescent as guests to the condominium, otherwise under no circumstances will entry be permitted (Law 679 of August 3, 2001, Law 1336 of 2009 and Law 1098 of 2006).

⁠All guest identification documents must be originals, copies or PDFs are not accepted; except in the case of digital IDs. You must also takeaccount the following:
-Foreigners passports must have the respective stamps.
-Travellers from MERCOSUR must provide a travel strip.
-Venezuelan guests must only check in with a passport.
-Drivers licenses or documents other than IDs based on nationality are not accepted.

Please note that check-in will not continue unless the required documentation is presented.
